We hold double (LTV 50%) the amount of the requested loan in cryptocurrency, and investors will be able to see the market value of the amount held by Lenme before funding the loan.
In the case the crypto value drops to a range only above 5% of the remaining loan balance, the crypto immediately gets sold to cover the remaining balance of the loan. This helps secure the loan and pay any remaining fees. You will be immediately notified and Lenme will directly transfer the remaining amount owed to the investor.
